1. Nature of the Service

The Bench View Basketball provides exclusively digital content — including structured Training Units, video-based basketball coaching, and educational resources. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, all subscription sales are considered final once the billing period begins.

There are no physical goods, physical delivery, or in-person services associated with any subscription plan.

2. No Refund — Standard Policy

We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after subscribing.
  • Failure to use the platform or Training Units during the billing period.
  • Partial use of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Dissatisfaction with content that was accessible and functioning correctly.
  • Forgetting to cancel before an auto-renewal date.
  • Purchasing the wrong plan (you may upgrade or downgrade instead).

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • A verified technical fault on our platform prevented you from accessing content you paid for.
  • The issue was reported to our support team within 7 days of it occurring.
  • Our technical team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The fault is confirmed to be on our side, not related to your device, browser, or internet connection.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period.
  • You retain full PRO access until the end of the paid billing period.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to Free tier access automatically.

6. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will receive a reminder email before annual renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We do not issue refunds for renewals that were not cancelled in advance.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact our support team first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund beyond what is described here, please contact us and we will assess your case in accordance with applicable law.
