Terms & Conditions

The Bench View Basketball is an online basketball training platform providing structured Training Units, video-based educational content, and coaching resources delivered entirely via digital means. There are no physical goods, in-person sessions, or offline components associated with any subscription plan.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• ✓You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ✓You must not share your account with others or allow simultaneous access from multiple users.
• ✓You must notify us immediately at thebenchview2026@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ✓We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Bench View Basketball offers the following access tiers:

• ✓Free: Access to publicly available basketball videos and limited platform features.
• ✓PRO (Monthly): Full access to all Training Units, structured coaching content, and premium features, billed monthly.
• ✓PRO (Annual): Same full access as monthly PRO, billed annually at a discounted rate.

• ✓All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
• ✓Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• ✓You will receive an email receipt for each successful payment.
• ✓We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
• ✓Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of PRO access until payment is resolved.

• ✓You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• ✓Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain PRO access until that date.
• ✓No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• ✓After cancellation, your account reverts to Free tier access.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, refunds are only issued in cases of verified technical failure preventing access, reported within 7 days of the issue occurring.

• ✓All content on The Bench View Basketball — including Training Units, videos, written analysis, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of The Bench View Basketball and is protected by copyright law.
• ✓You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
• ✓You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share subscription content with non-subscribers.
• ✓Screen recording, downloading, or scraping of platform content is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• ✗Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• ✗Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• ✗Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• ✗Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.

The Bench View Basketball platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Basketball training content is educational in nature and results may vary based on individual effort and application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bench View Basketball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
